We are 5 pediatricians in my hospital with atypical clinic of the described (3 positive PCR for COVID19 and 2 negative). We have no fever or cough. Only throat discomfort (NO odynophagia, it is a continuous painless, foreign body discomfort) fatigue and generalized myalgias, but especially annoying and limiting in paravertebral and lumbar. Did you see this in China?
