“Day 3/4 starts headache and breathless feeling. He undergoes PCR and tests positive. Symptoms last 3 days.
During that week a few days headache that improves with paracetamol.
Day 10/4 starts myalgia both legs, some difficulty walking, can walk but pain on flexion. Symptoms disappear three days later.
Friday the 17th the muscle spasms begin. The first on both shoulders and both legs with predominance on the left side. Upon arrival at the hospital, spasms in the left limb basically and occasionally D. Diazepam ev bolus is put in with partial improvement.
CT with normal contrast, normal analytical according to what they tell me with somewhat elevated ck. Rivotril pump starts.
Saturday 18 visited by neuro. Normal neurological examination. Pl is made which is normal. Less abrupt movements. Follow with rivotril pump. Low back pain from being on a stretcher 24h.
Sunday 19th stop bomb at 6am in the morning. Visited by neuro with normal exploration. Cerebral rm slope and total spine and eeg are entered.
This is the summary of everything we have. It is a regional hospital without access to non-EMG EEG.”
