I have read about encephalitis due to Covid-19. But, in severe sdra cases, during the process of deventilation, have they had much subsequent encephalopathy / delirium, secondary to drugs?
What sedation do they use? Inhaled?
In my unit we have difficulties in venting, due to pictures of delirium and agitation.
